1Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the SudokuOne mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, do not use the App.
This is a paid app. With a one-time purchase, you get permanent access to all features with free future updates.
2License Grant
2.1 Limited License
Subject to your payment of the app purchase price and your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control
- Use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Receive all future updates to the App at no additional cost
2.2 Payment and Update Policy
- One-time Purchase: You pay only once to use the App permanently
- Free Updates: All future feature updates, bug fixes, and improvements are provided free of charge
- No Additional Fees: The App does not contain any in-app purchases requiring additional payment
2.3 License Restrictions

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to hack, modify, or create derivative works of the App

- Use the App for commercial or profit-making purposes
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary marks in the App
- Use automated tools (such as bots, spiders) to access the App
3Intellectual Property

Sudoku is a classic logic puzzle game. This App implements Sudoku game rules, which are in the public domain.
4User Content and License

10Data and Backup
Your game data is stored locally on your device. We recommend regularly backing up your device. We are not liable for any data loss.
11Updates and Modifications
We may automatically update the App, add or remove features, or modify App behavior. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
12Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (if applicable), or the laws of your place of residence.
